Dr Agata M. Wolińska-Umschaden is the founder of the law firm. She is a member of Pomerania Bar Association in Gdansk and of Vienna Bar Association in Austria.
She specializes in pharmaceutical law, medical devices law, food law, cosmetics law, medical law, international commercial law, international commercial and investments arbitration, and real estate law.
Dr Wolińska-Umschaden has extensive experience in representing international and domestic clients. Her clientele includes both companies and private individuals in cases of pharmaceutical disputes, complex contracting proceedings, and merger transactions.
Mr Alfons Umschaden is an independent substitute in permanent cooperation with the law office. He is a member of the Vienna Bar Association since 2010. He is also a regular member of the Disciplinary Court at the Vienna Bar Association and a board member of the largest Austrian legal club, Justitia, since 2012.
Mr Umschaden specializes in construction law, investment law, real estate and remedy law. He is a specialist in the field of drafting all kinds of contracts, especially franchise-agreements. He represents one of the world’s largest fast food companies based in Austria.
